Balsamic Roasted Green Beans

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

On a large baking sheet, toss the beans with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the beans across the baking sheet in a single layer and roast until tender and slightly shriveled, 12 to 15 minutes.
