Co-op Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rice, cooked

  • 1 cup carrot, grated

  • 1 cup onion, chopped fine

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon sage

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 2/3 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Form into patties and cook on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes.


Serve on buns or with gravy. Makes 6 large patties or 8 smaller ones.
