1 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Make sure the kale leaves are completely dried after washing. Remove the stems of each kale leaf and cut into chip size pieces. In a large bowl, toss the kale with the oil, salt and red pepper flakes until the leaves are coated evenly. Spread the kale onto a baking sheet in a single layer. You may need to work in batches, as to not overlap the leaves while baking. bake until the leaves are crisped and edges slightly darkened, approx. 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately transfer to a serving dish.
