3 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (more to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. As the butter sizzles and turns golden, toss in the green beans. Saute them, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Squeeze in the juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir to combine and coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
Serve heaped on a platter with lemon wedges.
