Roasted Potatoes

  • 2 lbs. poatotoes

  • 1/2 medium onion

  • 1 medium turnip or rutabaga

  • 2 cups zucchini or summer squash

Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Peel and cut the potatoes and turnip into 1/2-inch cubes. Chop the onions and squash into chunks about the same size. Combine and coat with them with the remaining ingredients.

Bake on a greased baking sheet for 30-45 minutes.
