2 lbs. vegetables…bok choy, kale, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, onion, turnip, radish
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons tamari
Slice vegetables as desired. Steam or cook until tender.
Remove from heat and put in serving dish. In a hot skillet, toast the sesame seeds until golden.
Pour oil and tamarin over vegetables, toss lightly and sprinkle in sesame seeds.
Serve over rice.
