Sriracha-Roasted Broccoli

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

  • 1 lb. broccoli, cut up lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the oils, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic.

Add the bite-size pieces of broccoli and stir to coat thoroughly. Spread the broccoli evenly over a large baking sheet, roast for 10 minutes. Shake up the broccoli a bit and roast for another 10 minutes or so, until the stems are soft and the tips of the florets are starting to darken.

Serve with a fresh squeezed lemon.
