5 large potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/2 cup cheese, grated (cheddar, asiago, monterey jack)
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dill
1/8 teaspoon onion and/or garlic powders
paprika, for garnish
Bake the potatoes at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Once they can be handled, cut in half and scoop out the centre. Mash the centres with the rest of the ingredients.
Put the mashed mixture back into the skins and re-bake until slightly golden.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
